The must is macerated on the grape skins and then the fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 18ºC for 15-20 days.
100% Albariño (12.5% vol.).

It has an intense aroma of stone fruits such as peaches, combined with light floral notes.
Gustative phase:
In the mouth the freshness of Albariño stands out, with a pear and apple aftertaste, perfectly balanced with the acidity of the wine itself.
