Elaboration

Alcoholic fermentation is produced in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC; When the fermentation is complete, all wines are trashed to separate the lees and cleaned.

100% Albariño (12.4% vol.).

Visual phase:

It came greenish yellow, bright and very attractive.

Olfative phase:

On the nose, white flower aromas predominate, in addition to some citrus fruits (grapefruit).

Gustative phase:

Fresh, very varietal, floral and dense.
