Maceration and fermentation at 18 ° C for 15 days, with selected yeasts. Aging on their own fine 9-month lees by the battonage method.

Clean and bright wine, golden yellow with greenish sparkles.
Olfative phase:
The nose has an intense aroma, perfectly assembling the fruity and floral notes, highlighting the apple and stone fruits.
Gustative phase:
In the mouth, the typical freshness of Albariño stands out, with a very tight acidity and perfectly balanced with the structure and body of the wine.
