Centuries of winemaking tradition endure over time to give rise to wines such as Rectoral do Umia, made with the best selection of Albariño grapes and characterized by its freshness and perfect balance. Maceration and fermentation at 18ºC for 15 days, with selected yeasts.

Olfative phase:
Elegant and complex. Intense aroma with fruity and floral notes, highlighting the apple and stone fruits.

In the mouth, the typical freshness of Albariño stands out, with a very tight acidity and perfectly balanced with the structure and body of the wine.
